Unicharm Group Released Integrated Report 2026
Unicharm Corporation (President & CEO: Mr. Takahisa Takahara) is pleased to announce the publication of the English edition of the Unicharm Group “Integrated Report 2026” on the Investor Relations section of its corporate website.
Under the corporate brand essence “Love Your Possibilities,” the Unicharm Group is committed to addressing social and environmental challenges through its business activities. By doing so, we aim to expand the possibilities of people around the world and contribute to the realization of a “cohesive society.”
The “Integrated Report 2026” systematically demonstrates how we utilize the “six capitals” (financial, manufactured, intellectual, human, social and relationship, and natural capitals) advocated by the International Integrated Reporting Council (IIRC) to create value, using our value creation process framework. Among these, regarding “human capital,” we introduce our unique management model, “Management with Resonance,” in detail along with employee voices. In addition, regarding our 13th Medium-Term Management Plan “Project Renaissance,” which started in fiscal 2026, and our medium- to long-term ESG goals “Kyo-sei Life Vision 2035,” four SBU (Strategic Business Unit) Presidents, who are responsible for our businesses, discuss our sustainable growth strategies and value creation initiatives. Our “Sustainability Report 2026,” published in July 2026, is also available. Please see the related information below.
